Overview

FlexDesk provides virtual and registered tax addresses in Greece, offering entrepreneurs and businesses an entirely digital onboarding for legal and secure business registration. The project involved adapting WooCommerce into a powerful business platform with custom payment flows and enhanced data collection.

Key Challenges & Custom Solutions

  • Custom Payment Workflow: Designed a bespoke checkout process with conditional payment forms tailored to each subscription plan—integrating seamlessly with WooCommerce and supporting different tax and billing requirements.
  • Additional Data Capture: Injected supplemental form fields at the checkout to collect business-specific inputs like Tax ID, company form (e.g., IKE), and postal address.
  • Plugin Integration & Hooks: Leveraged WooCommerce hooks and filters to handle new input fields securely, validated user data, and processed it into backend subscriptions.
  • Optimized User Journey: Enhanced form logic to only show relevant fields based on user selections, reducing confusion and improving conversion rates.
  • Brand-Centric UI: Ensured that all forms, fields, and flows matched FlexDesk’s brand identity for a professional and trustworthy user experience.
